Shipping policy

Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours on business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Delivery times

• United States — 7 to 15 business days after dispatch
• Tracking is included on every order and updates within 48 hours of dispatch

Duties and taxes

Duty and tax are calculated and covered at checkout. There is nothing to pay on delivery and no handling fee from the carrier.

Packaging

Every order ships in an unbranded carton with a neutral sender name. The packing slip carries the order number only — no product title and no size. Nothing on the outside of the parcel describes the contents.

Delays and lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email hello@cuthbeat.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, send a replacement or refund in full.

Address changes

We can change a delivery address before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible — once a parcel is in transit the address cannot be altered.
